top-notch comedy

if you haven't seen "A Knight's Tale" yet, do so immediately. not because it's good. oh, no, it is not good. it is indescribably distant from good. it delves so far into the realms of not-goodness that its pointy little head sticks out the other end, waves its tiny arms around, and shrieks "HEY, LOOKIT ME! I SUCK LIKE NOTHING HAS SUCKED BEFORE!"

see it because it's unbelievably fucking hilarious. i laughed so hard i was afraid i'd wake the neighbors. i think the last time i laughed that hard was when M2 and i came out of the Target in Colma and discovered that half her windshield, literally, had been obscured by bird shit.

i just spent six minutes watching the microwave

i think it would be cool if there were cable channels like the Microwave Channel, the Washing Machine channel, etc. where they just showed you, say, food going round and round in the microwave all day.

or maybe not.

forgot to mention

this morning i made it about five minutes from home before i realized i'd forgotten both my lunch and my security badge. i can justify to myself not going back for one thing, but two seemed excessive, so i turned around and went back.

when i opened the front door, i discovered that Iceberg had already thrown up all over the front hall.

damn, he works fast.

another thing i forgot to mention is that finally KTSF, the local Asian-language TV station, is showing a decent subtitled dorama. sadly, i've come in halfway through the series, but The Perfect Bride still looks like a pretty good show.
