Dec. 11th, 2002 08:33 pmi just made the most perfect batch of pulled pork BBQ of my entire life. i didn't even have to shred it -- it fell apart by itself. came off the bone without leaving even a scrap. perfectly tender and juicy, delicately smoked but not too overpowering. pile some of that on a soft bun, pour on some of my homemade western North Carolina style BBQ sauce and a big dollop of fresh coleslaw, and serve it up with a mess of potato salad (with extra black pepper) and a Dead Guy... ambrosia.
this makes the last batch i made seem like cardboard by comparison. yeeeee-HAW. i surely do love me some BBQ.
