holy crap.

i got the paperwork from Aetna on continuing my coverage through them once COBRA runs out at the end of the month. i have two choices:

• basic emergency coverage for hospitalization and surgery, with no coverage for prescriptions, doctor visits, etc. -- $225/month.
  
• the same plan i have with them now -- $1340/month.

my doctor is looking into drug company programs that provide medication to patients who can't afford it.

you know those people who absolutely have to argue with any statement made by anyone around them, no matter how far they have to stretch to find an exception they can bring up?

those people really get on my nerves.
