robohelp training, hour one

oh god, this trainer is such a bozo. currently, he is misinforming us about HTML. essentially, whenever he strays from the script, he's lost.

fortunately, the course itself is well-designed. nevertheless, it would've been nice to have a trainer of whom one could ask actual questions.

addendum: our manuals for the course have not arrived yet, so he's xeroxing individual sections for us. i will not be giving this course a good review at the end.

update, hour 2: i just learned a cool trick. this is why i took this class...
