if that's not a supervillain waiting to happen, i don't know what is.
addendum: yes, yes, i know there are movies and comic books and etc. that feature brain-in-a-jar supervillains. "brain in a jar" is even a character disadvantage one can choose in GURPS. that's why it's funny, see? because, like, people imagined brains in jars! and then somebody grew a brain in a petri dish! and taught it to fly a jet! supervillain waiting to happen! ha ha ha, get it?
