the son of an Oakland mayoral candidate (and president of the city council) has been arraigned on five felony counts of raping and sexually assaulting four prostitutes. his attorneys argue that the prostitutes falsely accused him of rape because he didn't pay them.

um... i'm pretty sure that counts as rape, guys.
