oh, for christ's sake.
Jul. 17th, 2006 09:43 ami just got two phone calls.
one was from the massage therapist i was going to trade the printer to -- she has to take her dog to the vet and has no more time between now and when i leave, so no massage after all.
the second was from the supervisor at the insurance company, who tells me that they're "still trying" to get my therapist's W-9 "into the system" so they can process my claims. how it can take them more than a week to enter what amounts to a single number into their computer system is utterly beyond me, but it's not like there's anything i can do about it at this point. obviously calling up and yelling isn't going to make any difference.
so. there goes any chance of getting that insurance check before it's time for me to leave. sigh.
