in my post about anger the other day, one thing i neglected to say is that yes, i'm aware of the need to let go of that anger. unfortunately, whoever said "knowing is half the battle" needed a good hard smack upside the head; knowing is possibly one tenth of one percent of the battle.

i haven't got the vaguest idea what to do about it, actually.

Actually, knowing might even be 90% of the battle, but as with all the really large projects, the last 10% requires 90% of the effort.
