the head of EA's Norwegian office and his entire immediate family are among the missing in Thailand. EA has donated $250K toward the relief effort and is matching all employee donations 100% through the end of the fiscal year.

which just goes to show: we may work you to death, but we're there for you afterward!

update: EA just increased their matching of employee donations to 2:1. not fuckin' bad.
