well, that was a semi-successful attempt. i used too much salmon, the capers just have to go, red onion would be a lovely addition, and i think there needs to be a softer, meltier cheese mixed with the parmesan (or romano -- i used romano on a whim). perhaps mozzarella, but perhaps something more interesting, maybe even gruyere.
