oh yeah, i forgot.

the other interesting thing from yesterday: on my way home, i stopped at the grocery store. the clerk manning the checkout was a teenaged girl i've seen a few times before. she always seems to have a little bit of an attitude problem but yesterday was especially amusing.

she asked, as one does, "how are you?" her tone, however, was a bit surly.

i said, "pretty good. how about you?"

she snarled, "anxious."

i suspect she's anxious because she's going to get fired if her attitude doesn't improve. i also suspect i was exactly like that at her age.

i am actually lying on a block of blue ice, and i'm still sweating. can we have the fog back now? please?
