Apparently something went wrong underground around midnight eastern time.
I learned about it this morning and notified Sprint. They are trying to get
it fixed, but are essentially at the mercy of Qworst, and apparently it's
a Big Problem. They assure me the Ticket has been Escalated and so forth,
which is all very nice, but this is not what I expect from T1 service.
A full day of no connectivity for my business? OW OW OW OW OW.
Yes, I realize I have my own livejournal, but that is one of the many, many passwords I must keep secure but can live briefly without, and as such it is waiting patiently for me on boutell.com -- which, for what it's worth, is evidently purring along smoothly, wondering where everybody went.
Boutell.Com: "there's nothing wrong with me, so there must be something wrong with the Internet! Router! Here's a question you shouldn't be able to answer! How many nodes are there on the Internet?"
"Very funny, boutell.com. Shut up or I'll change your domain name to 'beverly.'"
