feeling inspired...
Jun. 7th, 2004 01:39 pmi'm thinking again about my cookbook, after the success of the garlic chicken the other night. it's a perfect recipe for the purpose, because it's a complete meal you can make in a single dish, minimizing mess. one thing i'm always thinking about (even when i claim i'm not working on the cookbook) is whether a dish is a big pain in a small kitchen, and how to work around that. where can you cut corners, where can you not?
